These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EasyFlow, a Google Workspace™ add-on for Google Sheets™. By installing or using EasyFlow, you agree to these Terms.

You represent that: - You are legally able to agree to these Terms - You have authority to use the Google account/Google Workspace™ where EasyFlow is installed - You will comply with applicable laws and Google Workspace™ terms
Subject to these Terms and any applicable payment/license requirements, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EasyFlow for internal business/project management use.
You may not: - Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute EasyFlow except as explicitly permitted by law - Attempt to bypass licensing, technical protections, or access controls - Use EasyFlow in a way that violates law or third-party rights
EasyFlow is offered as a single paid product (no feature tiers), unless otherwise stated in writing. Access may be suspended or limited if: - Payment/entitlement is invalid, expired, or revoked - Abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected
You are responsible for: - The content you store/manage in Google Sheets™ - Permissions and sharing settings in your Google environment - Maintaining backups and verifying outputs where needed
You retain ownership of your spreadsheet/project data.
If you enable notification/report features, you are responsible for: - Correct recipient addresses - Lawful use of email workflows - Reviewing generated outputs before external use
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
You agree not to: - Interfere with service operation or security - Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data - Use EasyFlow to transmit malicious, unlawful, or abusive content
EasyFlow software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
EasyFlow depends on third-party platforms/services (including Google Workspace™/Apps Script™). Their availability or changes may affect EasyFlow functionality. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyFlow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales: - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Our total liability arising from or related to EasyFlow will not exceed the amount you paid for EasyFlow in the 12 months before the claim (or £3 GBP if lower/no prior period applies)
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of EasyFlow or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary (including policy/legal violations or licensing abuse). You may stop using EasyFlow at any time by uninstalling/discontinuing use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
