EasyFlow (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a Google Workspace™ add-on for Google Sheets™. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and your choices.

It does not apply to third-party services not controlled by us.
Depending on how you use EasyFlow, we may process: - Account/contact data: email address (for support contact and optional notifications) - Spreadsheet data you choose to manage with EasyFlow (for example project/task dates, assignees, comments, status, budget/spend fields) - Operational metadata (for example timestamps, feature actions, version identifiers) needed to run and maintain the service
EasyFlow operates primarily inside your Google Sheets™ environment using Google Apps Script™.
We use data to: - Provide core add-on functionality (project views, dependencies, dashboard, Gantt, RACI, automation) - Send optional workflow emails you trigger/configure (for example overdue or sign-off notifications) - Maintain product reliability, security, troubleshooting, and support - Enforce licensing/access controls, where applicable - Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we process data under one or more of: - Performance of a contract (providing EasyFlow functionality) - Legitimate interests (security, support, service improvement) - Consent (where a feature requires it) - Legal obligation (where required by law)
We do not share your data with third parties except: - Service providers needed to operate EasyFlow-related functions - When required by law, regulation, court order, or legal process - To protect rights, security, and integrity of EasyFlow and users
We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary for: - Providing the service - Support and troubleshooting - Security and legal compliance
Data retained in your Google Sheets™ remains under your Google Workspace™/Google account controls unless you delete it.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we use reasonable safeguards required by law (for example adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards) as applicable.
Depending on your circumstances, you may have rights to: - Access data - Correct data - Delete data - Restrict or object to certain processing - Withdraw consent (where processing is consent-based) - Data portability (where applicable)
